Refund policy
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are non refundable. We follow instructions provided by our customers and are not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses, and UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. We are always willing to assist (if we can) but this is not guaranteed dependent on the situation.
